Building products at the intersection of people, technology & business.
Product Manager at Pathao Nepal since 2018. Curious about products, businesses, technology, fitness — and whatever comes next.
I joined Pathao Nepal in 2018, back when the product and the team were both much smaller, and I've grown along with the platform ever since. Over the years that's meant sitting close to a lot of different problems — the kind that don't come with clean answers.
My work lives in the space where user needs, business goals, technology constraints and day-to-day operations all have to agree with each other. That usually means less time in slide decks and more time understanding how things actually work — for riders, drivers, merchants and the teams running it all.
I don't think of myself as someone who just manages a roadmap. I'm more interested in figuring out what the real problem is, then working with the people who can help solve it.
A rough shape of the last several years — not a resume, just how the work has moved.
Areas the work has touched
High-level by design — these are areas of work, not case studies with numbers attached.
Product and configuration work behind how ride types show up for users across different markets.
Exploring subscription-based models for drivers and captains, from the concept stage through communication.
Onboarding and operational workflows for merchants and business accounts on the platform.
Product and operational work across parcel logistics and the merchants who rely on it.
Systems and workflows behind how pricing, discounts and slabs get configured on the platform.
The job title says Product Manager. The personality says: always building something.
Fitness has been a steady part of my routine for years — less about a personal-best, more about the discipline it teaches me everywhere else.
Part-time blogger and content creator — documenting ideas, experiences and the occasional bad decision, one post and one video at a time.
Always half-looking for the next idea, side project or opportunity worth exploring — curious about business as much as product.
I like being somewhere between a spreadsheet and a squat rack — and I've made peace with that.
I like turning ideas into something real, even in rough form — a working thing beats a perfect plan.
I enjoy messy problems where the answer isn't obvious and the constraints keep changing.
Every product, experiment and failure teaches something worth carrying into the next one.
Good ideas need action. I'd rather test something small than debate it forever.
I stay curious about what's next — new tools, new problems, new things worth building.
Whether it's a product question, a business idea, or just a good conversation — I'm usually up for it.
